Individuals can also grow their business on Facebook It is a source of income for a lot of people nowadays. People can sell their products online to their followers and earn money. But before starting your business online it’s important to develop and enhance your social media strategies.

Over the last 20 years, Facebook has implemented various changes to meet the demands of its users. Whether it’s introducing Facebook stories with fun filters or Facebook live, it has never failed to deliver and always lives up to the expectation. It maintains its growth in active users by catering to the needs of its audience. All of these things are a way of increasing engagement Which is why it remains on top! Brands and business owners constantly make use of Facebook’s popularity to reach out to a bigger audience.

And if you think that people use Facebook only for sharing photos, videos, or promoting businesses then you’re wrong. People use it for entertainment purposes as well. Facebook offers you short and even long-format videos. There are a lot of creators who create funny/engaging content, it can also be used to read/listen to the news (Many news channels regularly upload updates on their Facebook pages), and it can also be used to shop online with the help of ads that are shown to you. But have you ever wondered how all these videos, posts, or ads are recommended to you?

This is because of the Facebook Algorithm.  In simple terms, Facebook Algorithm determines the posts/videos/ads an individual is shown on their newsfeed,  every time he or she logs in to Facebook.  It evaluates every single post and then arranges them in descending, non-chronological order of interest for every user. This process takes place every single time a user refreshes their Facebook feed.

Due to its Algorithm, Facebook faced criticism in 2021 because it was constantly showing controversial content to its users.

Another disadvantage of this Algorithm is that you’re being shown posts or videos or even ass that does not interest you. Sometimes, while scrolling through our feeds, we are shown things that somehow disturb us or ads that can be super annoying. This can also be related to the pages you’ve interacted with in the past or pages you currently follow. Also, you must’ve noticed that if once you like a DIY video on Facebook, then your whole Facebook feed is suddenly flooded with DIY videos.

If you’re also bothered by content that isn’t related to you/doesn’t interest you anymore or ads that irritate you while scrolling then we’re here to your rescue.  You can beat the Facebook algorithm by deleting all your Facebook likes. Although the Facebook app is much more popular, a lot of people still use the browser version of Facebook. You can delete Facebook likes using the browser of your choice. Now, because there is no proper method to delete Facebook likes in a bulk, you have to, unlike each post, each page step by step.
