Gaming videos and Let’s Plays have played a very important role on the web video platform YouTube for several years now. So it is only logical that over time many creators and channels pounce on this device and fill their channel with these videos. This has also been the case since the beginning of the channel “Clym”. Over the years he managed to make a name for himself in the scene and belongs to the very top. Still, few viewers of the “Clym” channel actually know who is behind it or how it got its start on YouTube.

Generally speaking, “Clym” is a German YouTuber and web video producer in the field of gaming and Let’s Plays. The real name of the protagonist of the channel is “Clym” Patrick, although his real last name is still unknown. Likewise the exact date of birth of Patrick and thus also his exact age are so far unknown. Nevertheless, his age can be estimated to be around early to mid 20s, as his channel information states that he is a student himself.

If you take a closer look at the channel “Clym”, it becomes clear quite quickly that its focus is on the RPG sandbox game Minecraft. However, every now and then he publishes other games on his channel.
Patrick founded his channel “Clym” already on February 25th 2010 at a very young age. However, the first video on it was released almost four years later on January 07, 2014 and was titled: “AZURDRACHENPOWER – Battle throught Arena – #001”. If you look at the first videos of the channel “Clym”, it becomes clear that especially at the beginning the focus of him was still clearly on other games than the RPG sandbox game Minecraft. Through numerous collaborations with other YouTubers from the scene and projects with numerous already bigger YouTubers, “Clym” was also able to increase his own awareness very strongly.

However, upon closer inspection of the channel, “only” one new video appears daily, which was also a considerable amount of work and effort. The awareness of the channel “Clym” has also changed a lot in contrast to the channel’s creation in 2014. The “Clym” channel, for example, now has well over 151,000 subscribers.
