The German YouTube scene now offers a very large and diversified range. So for every consumer, there should be the right genre and, even better, the right account. However, one sees also again and again quite a few canals rising and disappearing relatively fast again. Especially in the field of gaming, this is often the case due to the very large offer. Also the channel “NebelNiek” had to prove itself already several times against some colleagues and to assert itself again and again against the large mass. In the meantime, he is known by most viewers of the German gaming scene with his channel.

The real name of the founder of the channel “NebelNiek” is Karl B. However, his exact surname is not publicly known. Karl was born on 04 July 1997 and is therefore just 23 years old.

Generally speaking, “NebelNiek” is a German Let’s Player and Gaming YouTuber. His canal name “NebelNiek” means no life when read backwards, which may have been a little joke Karl thought of when founding the canal.

Karl founded the channel “NebelNiek” on 09 December 2013 when he was just 16 years old. His first video was titled:“★ BOY GETS FUCKED ★ #1 “” WINDOWS is an INTERNET LEAD??? – Minecraft” and was published by Karl on Dec 28, 2013. In the early days of his channel, “NebelNiek” mainly published Let’s Plays of the RPG Sanbox game Minecraft. Like many of his colleagues at the time, he was able to profit from the hype surrounding the game and quickly increase his popularity. He also accomplished something that few of his peers could. After he reached 100,000 subscribers on his channel, things started to go steep and, more importantly, rapidly uphill for him. Just 16 days after cracking the 100,000 subscribers mark, he already reached 200,000 subscribers with his channel. Few other channels before and after him could boast such rapid growth.

Besides the Minecraft Let’s Plays, on which the focus of Karl was clearly in the beginning, he also published several other games and content in his videos. In addition to his regular videos, “NebelNiek” also published regular livestreams on the platform Twitch. A feature of his videos was that he often made his videos very elaborate, thus scoring points with his fans and viewers.

In his YouTube career so far, however, Karl has already had to take several video and livestream breaks. Some of these breaks even lasted for several years. However, it is important to note that these breaks were not due to laziness, but were all illness related. According to his own statement, Karl suffers from scoliosis for one thing, which significantly limits him in his everyday life and also in his passion on YouTube. Another problem was the very high commitment of Karl himself. In his active YouTube days, he set himself the standard of posting two videos a day. So it came to the fact that he had overworked himself after some time and was thus nervously at the end and was also forced to a time-out.

Because of these two cuts, even today on the channel “NebelNiek” appear rather rarely and if then irregularly new videos. However, with his already well over 774,000 subscribers, he is one of the most famous gaming YouTubers in Germany.
