Gaming has played a very important role on the web video platform YouTube for several years now. Generally speaking, “Furdis” is a German gaming YouTuber and Let’s Player. The real name of the operator of the channel is “Furdis” Alexander, although his real surname is still unknown. Alexander was born on 28 July 1990 and is therefore already 30 years old. However, he is often called Fufu by his friends, and especially by “Mefixy”. He got this nickname from “Mexify” over time. His trademark is a purple and pink fox, which you can spot just by looking at his channel profile picture. This has the background that foxes are Alexander’s favorite animals.

The channel “Furdis” Alexander founded already on December 20, 2010 at the age of 20. However, the first video appeared on the channel “Furdis”, as of today, only five years after the channel was founded on April 05, 2015. This video was titled: “FÄSSERRAUM MASSAKER – Gmod Prop Hunt (Garry’s Mod)”. This first video and also the following first videos on the channel “Furdis ” were mainly “Best Of” or “Funny Moments” videos in German. With this kind of videos, the channel “Furdis” managed to build up initial awareness on the web video platform YouTube. As his fame grew, he also made contacts in the German YouTube gaming scene. Finally, after some time, he began to produce gaming videos and Let’s Plays himself.
