In the meantime, the German YouTube scene offers a wide range of videos, so that every viewer can find the right kind of video. There are channels that have been very well known for years and are still actively celebrated by their viewers. On the other hand, there are also channels which are lost in the masses after a short time and therefore do not get a lot of attention for a long time. However, many of the active major channels are struggling to produce content that viewers want to watch. Many of the channels changed their content over time in order to remain on the surface of the very large offer. So did the channel “Klengan” in recent years. Most of today’s viewers of the channel will most likely not remember the beginnings of the channel let alone identify with them.

The real name of the protagonist and operator of the channel “Klengan” is Timon Pantzaris. He was born on 08 November 1995 and is therefore just 25 years old. In 2014, Timon graduated from high school and began college.

Generally speaking, “Klengan” is a German-speaking web video producer, YouTuber, book author as well as actor. His career on YouTube began mainly with gaming videos or more precisely Let’s Plays.

Timon founded his channel, which was initially called “Kl3ngan”, on 26 August 2012, while he was still at school at the age of just 17. However, he didn’t release his first video on it until December 21, 2012. This one was titled: “Let’s Play Minecraft #001 A NEW WORLD” and presented a conventional and at that time still very popular Let’s Play of the RPG sandbox game Minecraft. These videos were also clearly his focus in the early days of his channel. Initially, he mainly published Minecraft Let’s Plays and was able to build up his fame with them. Most of an audience at the time only knew him through those very Let’s Plays.

However, in 2016, Timon then decided to change his channel and therefore his content. Since then he publishes mainly entertainment videos which are however elaborately produced. In one of his formats, he satirically deals with various events in social media and on YouTube. Furthermore, he still publishes Let’s Plays from time to time. However, his focus is now mainly on different indie games. However, it should also be noted that since the summer of 2016, gaming videos appear on the channel “Klengan” very rarely.

In addition to his main channel “Klengan” Timon also runs a second channel called “KlengansMinecraftPalace” on which he mainly publishes gaming videos with sarcastic processing.

Nowadays, new videos appear daily on the channel “Klengan” which are followed and recorded with joy by its meanwhile far more than 477,000 subscribers.
