The real name of the protagonist and operator of the channel “Schmitty” is Felix Schmitd. However, the exact date of birth as well as the exact age of the YouTuber are known so far. Nevertheless, based on his appearance, his age can be estimated to be around mid-20s. However, it is known that the mid-20-year-old has been living in the Bavarian city of Munich for several years.

Generally speaking, “Schmitty” is a German shisha and steamer YouTuber. He founded his channel, which was then still called “ShishaSchmitty”, on 19 August 2012. The first video on the channel “Schmitty” appeared just under two weeks later on 08 September 2012 and was titled: “[TUTORIAL] SAPHIRE FUNNEL | KOPFBAU + Rauchtest – SHISHA ANFÄNGER TIPPS`”. At that time he was already known in a shisha forum and so this first video of him was based on a question from that forum.

Although he was able to build up a small fan community around him relatively quickly even back then. Nevertheless, this stagnated for a while before the big hype around shisha broke out in Germany. It was only there that his viewership skyrocketed. He quickly gained a positive reputation under the names “Schmitty”, “ShishaSchmitty” and “SchmittyWerSonnst”, as he is known on his social media channels.

In the course of time, some hookah manufacturers or accessory manufacturers also became aware of the young influencer. He has been the partner of the shisha company Tom Cococha for several years now.

Nowadays, two new videos appear weekly on the channel “Schmitty”. In addition to the weekly videos, Felix also regularly publishes active livestreams on the YouTube and Twitch portals. With his content, he has now managed to acquire and entertain well over 158,000 subscribers.
