The number of channels in the German YouTube scene is also steadily increasing. Thus, it is becoming more and more difficult for all channels to build up their own awareness and then to maintain it and not to get lost in the masses. One of the channels that managed to do this is the channel “Silvi Carlsson”.

In very general terms, “Silvi Carlssons” is a German web video producer, writer, presenter and actress. The protagonist and operator’s real name is also Silvi Carlsson. She was born on 31 March 1992 in Bavarian Aschaffenburg and is therefore already 28 years old.

On her channel, the 28 year old mainly publishes lifestyle, comedy and entertainment videos. She founded the channel “Silvi Carlssons” already on 01 November 2012. However, the first video on the channel appeared almost two years later on 08 April 2014 and was titled: “5 EASY & FAST FRISURES | Spring Awakening”. This and also the first following videos were more in the genre of beauty. Furthermore, it is important to mention that at that time she was still active under the name “Silvi Rockstar” and was able to build her fame with this name. She was able to build up her fame mainly through her then actively run format “Fake vs. Original”, which she was also able to increase to a large extent. However, it is important to note that she already had a relatively high profile prior to this format, and she was merely expanding it with it.

It first reached 100,000 subscribers in the summer of 2017. This marked her first major milestone of her entire career in 2017.

Several new videos are released every week these days. Meanwhile, the now 28 year old also reached her second major milestone and now counts well over 264,000 subscribers on her channel.
